7 plants for your bedroom that rejuvenate you

Your sleep is disturbed because of a long day of stress and work, I present plants to decorate the bedroom and chase away nightmares.

Because the bedroom is our personal space, reflecting our plans, dreams and secrets.

Don't hesitate to decorate your bedroom with plants that can also help reduce psychological stress and soothe the mind.

1. Gardenia:

This plant gives off an intense fragrance with its large white flowers.

In addition to its beauty, which creates a relaxing atmosphere around them, Gardenia has an effect identical to that of painkillers.
For optimum growth, constant watering is essential.

2. Bamboo palm :

Bamboo palms purify the air and blend in with their surroundings, especially at night. They also have an exotic touch, making them a truly authentic houseplant.
To help them develop properly, keep the soil moist or place them in water in a brightly lit spot.

3. Jasmine:

Jasmine has a very sweet fragrance and is very relaxing, analgesic and antidepressant.
To thrive, jasmine needs plenty of light and regular watering.

4. Aloe vera :

Aloe vera is known as an air-purifying plant, since it releases oxygen at night. What's more, the pulp of this plant's leaves is widely used in cosmetics.
For example, it improves skin health.
To thrive, this plant needs light and watering once a week.

5. Lavender:

Since lavender flowers help calm your heart, it's most often used to decorate the bedroom.
The aroma of its flowers slows the heartbeat.
It also inhibits the production of cortisol, the stress hormone.
It needs little light and frequent irrigation to thrive.

6. English ivy :

This plant is ideal for people with allergies and asthma.
However, this plant is often toxic to children and pets.
English ivy is best grown in a hanging pot.
Its growth requires moderate exposure to sunlight.

The Peace Lily is perfect for getting rid of certain germs in the air.
