One place I worked, if you came in late, the boss would make you go home early .... coz he didn't want you late twice on the same day. True story & a great boss.

That would tempt me to be late as a practice!! The best boss i had gave me a MH day per month, a shopping day per month and a week off between Christmas and New Year. She said it made up for regularly doing 60 hr weeks!
