3 ingredient mango mousse

The Ingredients

Here’s what you need to make this mango mousse:

• Mango – either fresh or frozen. The sweeter your mango is, the better this mango mousse will taste.

• Sweetened condensed milk – this will add flavor, sweetness, and creaminess.

• Yogurt – I have tested this recipe using plain natural yogurt and Greek yogurt, and both worked fine.

The Directions

Simple place all of the ingredients in a food processor or a powerful blender, and blend until you get a smooth and silky consistency.

Silky smooth 3 ingredient mango mousse. It's eggless and gluten free.

Exactly - no one has to eat it, diabetic or not, and it’s not as though the whole dessert will be eaten by any one person as it says it can serve 12. Make and eat what each one wants. It is up to each of us, we’re all grown men and women and do not need spoon feeding, in fact I believe we all have many years behind us to know what is best for us.
