3‑Ingredient Sugar‑Free Chocolate (Vegan & Gluten‑Free)



Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup coconut butter (manna)

  • ¼ cup coconut oil

  • ½ cup raw cacao or cocoa powder
Optional (for sweetness/flavor):
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract/powder or orange or peppermint oil
Optional toppings:
  • Goji berries, cacao nibs, nuts/seeds, shredded coconut, dried fruit, almond butter
Instructions:
  1. Gently melt coconut butter and coconut oil over low heat.

  2. Remove from heat and stir in cacao powder (and maple syrup if using).

  3. Stir until smooth—takes a minute or two.

  4. Add optional flavor extracts and stir again.

  5. Pour into molds or trays, sprinkle toppings.

  6. Freeze for about 15 minutes until firm.

  7. Store in fridge or freezer (melts at room temp).
