3‑Ingredient Sugar‑Free Chocolate (Vegan & Gluten‑Free)
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup coconut butter (manna)
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup raw cacao or cocoa powder
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract/powder or orange or peppermint oil
- Goji berries, cacao nibs, nuts/seeds, shredded coconut, dried fruit, almond butter
- Gently melt coconut butter and coconut oil over low heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in cacao powder (and maple syrup if using).
- Stir until smooth—takes a minute or two.
- Add optional flavor extracts and stir again.
- Pour into molds or trays, sprinkle toppings.
- Freeze for about 15 minutes until firm.
- Store in fridge or freezer (melts at room temp).
