Reminds me of the lead singer of the American punk band The Plasmatics and part time porn actress named Wendy O'Williams. She had a big "W" tattooed on each butt cheek and when she bent over, well I think you can imagine it. Like walking into a Big W.

She died many years ago of a topical disease. Reference to a line from a Butthole Surfers' song "Pepper".
