‘I was almost defeated by someone’s feet’: Destiny’s Child alum shares her wild flight story

Air travel can be full of surprises, but some experiences are simply too bizarre to believe.

One celebrity's flight encounter has sparked quite the conversation—an uncomfortable moment that left her in disbelief yet somehow still managed to bring a bit of humor to the situation.

What unfolded mid-flight has left fans both shocked and amused.

Michelle Williams, the Destiny's Child alum, recently shared a flight experience that left her both disgusted and bewildered.

On Instagram, she posted a photo of a bare foot creeping into her first-class seat, captioning it with: ‘I PROMISE YOU BETTA GETCHO FOOT FROM ME!!!!’

She added: ‘Y’all this is happening neowwwwwwww on my flight and I am crying real tears!!’

In the comments, she confirmed her first-class status, saying: ‘For those asking……..YES I am sitting in the first class cabin,’ and added, ‘A lot of AUDACITY resides in that booking class…….OBVIOUSLY!! #seat3F the f is for feet.’

Williams also cheekily referenced a song in the comments: ‘Cue the song ‘nasty work’ by @yahyahanddomo_.’

After the flight, she posted a follow-up video, where she dramatically sang: ‘I made it out. I made it out alright,’ before recounting the uncomfortable encounter.

‘Baby,’ she said, ‘I made it and I made it home. Y’all I was almost defeated by someone’s feet…It tried to take me out.’

She later described how she first noticed the foot in her peripheral vision, only to realise it was in fact right next to her seat.

Williams admitted the foot was ‘not that bad’ and was ‘conditioned’ and ‘moisturized.’

Despite her initial disgust, she gave the passenger some grace, speculating he might have just needed to ‘stretch out a little bit.’

‘He was friendly though,’ she added.

‘And he actually helped take my bag off the overhead bin, and I said, ‘Thank you.’’

In her classic, playful style, Williams joked that she had to ‘shower to get someone else’s feet’ off of her.

‘All is well, I made it back to New York City,’ she wrapped up.

This incident took place as the singer flew back to New York after attending a funeral in Illinois. At the time, she was performing in Death Becomes Her on Broadway.
