Cost of living, what a joke, workers have no idea. It is not my fault that I have to rely on the pension I worked nearly 10 years past my retirement age and at 76 no-one wants to employ you and they can't anyway as I did not have a Uni degree, just was accountant/bookkeeper for nearly 50 years...

Don't forget the poor publican who was sued by a client who had an accident on the way home and was badly injured. He sued the publican for serving him alcohol and for making him drunk. Naturally RSA's became cautious and made sure they served within the laws as it was expensive to do otherwise.
