This issue is long stayers, (camping, leaving mess, urinating &worse) that don’t allow others to enjoy the space. This is not the only beachside area that has put parking restrictions in place. Good on the Council for taking the residents concerns on board & ensuring everyone gets to enjoy the area.

I think it’s wonderful that the gentleman can enjoy his wife’s special cake that reminds him of her. Give the kids time, they just feel like they have lost something else of their mum, I’m sure they will come around given time.

Our council has just voted on applying for a 44% increase over 3 years, I can assure you, they will not be voted back in at the next election! The increase is blamed on COVID & natural disasters, but I agree with you, they need to put heir house in order first!
