I have no luck growing beetroot,so I wait for it to be on special,then I buy a few and pickle most of it. ( easy) Cheaper than tinned and I control what goes in it...😊

Substitute for Almond flour. I Have discovered I can use oat flour as a substitute for Almond flour. Basically blitz rolled oats in a blender. Oat flour.. Simple. Almond flour is so expensive. So this will work for me. I always have Oats in my pantry. Another money saving tip...😊

Saving money on cooked meats I don't buy sliced meat at the deli anymore. I buy a piece of . For instance Siverside , Pork, ham when on special, cook it. Then slice it when cold. Then into the freezer it goes ( vacuum sealed) Much cheaper than deli meat by far. Tastes better too...😊

I have noticed canned beetroot has increased in price. But that ebay price sounds ridiculous... 🤔
