I called them twice and both times was over 1 hour.
It’s funny but it seems that the majority are complaints about the service.
Maybe if they did the right thing in the first place they wouldn’t have as many callers
I personally don’t have any problem with that, but what about the heavy lift tradesmen like concretors, brickies, amongst many others. They would find it too hard as they get older. Even 65 is difficult for many.
In queensland we already get a slight rebate, which is good, but I don’t think we will get the full federal rebate of $500. But any additional rebate will be great
