our local IGA store has used cardboard boxes as an alternative for years,. Being a connoisseur of cardboard boxes, if i see a particularly nice one I'll sometimes grab it even if i do have my bags with. You just never know when you might need a box just like that. Love it.

for some reason i often have to delete yesterdays letters from the new crossword grid. which takes up time.is there anything i can do to fix this.

i found this article useful. i am trying to rebuild myself and it explained why to do the activities and how the activities helped. i knew that i should be doing these things - the scientific/medical explanation was simple enough to understand. thanks.
