I know them by the common name Ox Tongue. They are a bulb, that flower before the leaves grow. It’s the shape and size leaves that give it the name Ox Tongue.

The beautiful Musk Lorikeet. They are nomadic and we have the pleasure of their company for a short time each year, while the eucalyptus are flowering.
