    I've had the so called computer call. I just tell them I haven't got one and hang up. Even if I get a legitimate call (even know the caller's voice) and the person asks for my date of birth I ask them to tell me and I'll confirm it if it's correct.

    I wouldn't guarantee that the bill is correct. I know somebody who got a small refund then got a bill. The Bill was for more than he even earnt in 2 years so he ignored it. At the same time there was thousands of people complaining about it At one stage there was talk of class action.
