You can get crap in lots of stores, if you don't choose properly. I have been wearing 3 tops from temu for nearly 12 months to the gym, washed every wear with absolutely no issues. I also have clothing purchased 20yrs ago and looked after, that I am just fitting into again, no waste here.

Please be careful when using these products. (especially with heart conditions) My daughter caused herself severe heart palpations using products high in caffeine for energy. These products often work as diuretics as well causing dehydration when used without medical advice.
