Just for your information, the footpath, driveway & nature strip beyond your property boundary line is Crown Land. It is not "council ground" Crown land is land owned by the State or Commonwealth Government. Most Crown land in Victoria is owned by the Victorian Government.

It's quite simple. It may cost a few dollars to set up. Instal a motion activated sprinkler so when the dog enters your property it activates a spray or multiple sprays of water. This will deter the offending dogs from entering your property. Dogs unlike many of their owners are fairly smart...
