Shoppers rush to score op shop gem that could be worth $1,000: 'They're investment properties'

Well I won't be taking mine to Thailand when I move there, so I'll probably sell them. My first LP I ever bought in the mid 1960's was My Generation by The Who. It was their first album and also mine. After that I remember I was into the Stones pretty heavily, so most of the LP's bought at that...

Landlords say pets destroy homes—tenants say they’re family. Who’s right?

Lebanese are the worst. I had a Lebanese family living next door to me when I was living in Dundas. The family owned a takeaway food store in Leichhardt. The lady there bought a new stove, and wanted me to install it in their kitchen. I had to take out their old stove that was encrusted so thick...

Landlords say pets destroy homes—tenants say they’re family. Who’s right?

The copper crime wave costing Australians their homes and livelihoods

Sydney Ports is a Government run joint at Glebe Island and White Bay in Sydney. It's very old and has heaps of electrical conduits full of copper. I don't think the government was too serious about protecting the place too much, as it's not really operating anymore. I went there with my...

Shoppers rush to score op shop gem that could be worth $1,000: 'They're investment properties'

Same same. I also have about 200 LP's going back to 1965. Some pretty rare ones too. I checked out an Incredible String Band album called The Hangmans Beautiful Daughter not long ago. They are selling for a good buck.

Councils across Australia have been ranked—find out if your local’s a champ or a chump!

Armidale/Dumaresq Council is the worst I have ever come across. Even the desk staff there are rude across the counter.

Councils across Australia have been ranked—find out if your local’s a champ or a chump!

I come from Braidwood originally, when we had a farm there. Palerang Council are as useless as a bag of pigs rectums.

Australia’s care crisis is growing—is your family ready for the challenge?

The government doesn't give a damn about our generation. We all know that.
