I have a friend who has been fighting the Trustee/Guardian people in NSW , so I hear first hand that once this Beaurocracy gets it's hands on your money, good luck trying to untangle it and get it back. They are a law unto themselves and seem to be responsible to no one.

Wife and I used to donate Plasma EVERY 2 weeks at our local Blood donation centre in our local Hospital..... until it was shut down! ( The blood donation centre, not the hospital) It was always busy, too. So much for the urgent need for blood donations, huh?

And what time of the day did this happen? By the looks of the shadows, I would suggest just after dawn, and I don't know of any families with kids walking their dogs at this time of the day.
