From child star to life saver, a journey that touched countless hearts

I've never heard of this show - can't say I am a fan of smart answering back teenager shows of that type - they can be just too sassy. Nevertheless, it sounds like she had a good life and made a good career away from the bright lights.

    Third Free Coat Giveaway

Thank you, Suzanne - sounds just like my sizing. It does look cuddly and just right for this cold Winter. Consider myself nominated also.

    Takeaway Chinese Fried Rice

Suzanne, do you cook the eggs in the wok at Step 3?

Fans, family mourn the passing of influential figure in the entertainment industry

Considering that she was 105 years! Could have hardly been a surprise.

    General Discussion Thread 27.01.2025

I would never had married the wrong person and stayed for almost 50 years, unhappily. Still here, regrets are many.

Cracker classic gets a makeover—what’s changing after 70 years?

$4 for Jatz? Tell them they're dreaming! I only buy them when on sale - $3 half price, normal price $6 - the world has gone mad!

‘These sound unreal!’: Why Coles’ new product has shoppers running to the store

Why are they around so early? Same old argument - it is 4 months until Easter. I love to try all new flavours and releases of chocolates, sweets and biscuits. Just wish they came in assorted packs, or you could buy individual ones to try. Don't like them? There's a 4/6 pack wasted.

Are you team fridge or cupboard? Chocolate lovers are feuding over this sight at Woolworths

My local Woolies has parked the TimTams where the eggs used to reside - a clever tactic to hide the lack of supplies. I am all for room temperature chocolate, even when my Llindt starts to melt - goes down easily in my mouth!

‘She was a fighter until the end’: Reality TV star’s (51) unexpected passing leaves fans in disbelief

I agree - a very poorly written article. A bit of background might be useful - a reality star maybe? A legend in her own lunchtime.

This cruel scam left radio star heartbroken—learn how to protect your loved ones now!

I think you are all mis-interpreting the situation, except for Viellarde above. Bianca's mother is 79, she should be able to access My Aged Care help, and that is what her daughter is trying to do. It is not a crowd funding thing at all. At 79, she would and should be entitled to some government...

Revealed: The Heartbreaking Truth Behind the Late Queen's Last Moments That No One Expected

I loved Her Majesty, our Queen, what a dignified and special person she was. I loved her sense of humour, her sense of responsibility and her graciousness. God bless our noble Queen.

    AIBU 13.09.2024

The wine had been given and received - no longer your responsibility. For all you know, the parents could well have re-gifted it themselves at some time. I had a lovely light-up souvenir I had bought on my travels to a distant country broken by an unsupervised child in my home, nothing to be...

'Gidget' star, singer, and director James Darren passes away at 88

Suzanne, you are thinking of the Patty Duke Show - I loved that show!

Attention, shoppers! Woolworths just released a mouthwatering range of 150 desserts that'll make your taste buds happy

I reckon this is yet another American "tradition" copied down under. Nothing more revolting and wasteful than baby/toddler/child covered in icky sticky cake and icing. Nothing remotely amusing in this sight. IMO

Why Everyone Is Rushing To Kmart For This $28 'Gorgeous' Must-Have Winter Jumper

This whole look is just so ugly....overlong sleeves, bulky unflattering jumper - it is all so ordinary. And don't get me started on that long lanky hair, a fringe would create a softer look. Just because some influencer wears these over big clothes and sports that hair does not mean it looks any...
