GPs reveal why this hay fever season is worse than ever! Here is the simple step to shield yourself

My eldest son is the same. The ENR specialist recommended a prescription nasal spray that works for him. Over the counter ones don't unfortunately.

GPs reveal why this hay fever season is worse than ever! Here is the simple step to shield yourself

I've had shocking hay fever the last couple of weeks. One morning I woke with severe dizziness and fell over with an inner ear blocked. What a godsend antihistamine tablets are. It took 3hrs before it kicked in though.

Centrelink payments raise questions after long-term welfare revelation

I fail to fathom why self proclaimed 'sovereign citizen' Dezi Freeman ran away and went into hiding due to his pseudolegal concepts. I also can't gather why he's not ranting about his 'redemption theory' instead of hiding.

When doctors dismiss your pain: One woman's five-year battle reveals Australia's hidden healthcare crisis

Wow, that poor American girl. Shocking that her GP didn't look further when she lost weight for no reason. I do hope she has health insurance. Private health insurance covers GP visits in America. Otherwise, it's big bucks.

Popular yoghurt recall puts families on alert after children fall ill

It wasn't an allergy to coconut, it was because Cocobella products use a shared machine that uses dairy. The machine wasn't cleaned thoroughly enough to eliminate the dairy, before Cocobella used the machine.

The Cheapest Beef Stew That Actually Tastes Good

Looks delish, especially with those mashed spuds. I used to always cook stews on the stove top, until I bought a slow cooker. I add pumpkin and swede. The downside on the stove top, is that pumpkin turns mushy. Slow cookers don't do that.
