    Definitely not siding with the Supermarkets, but processing little lunchbox items like Carrots, Celery etc. and bunches of Bananas comes at a cost to the suppliers.     We owned a rental property many years ago. It was managed by an agent, but we told her to give the tenants our phone number if there were any problems. We lived nearby and my Husband attended immediately to any issues himself. Tenants should be able to have problems fixed asap. in our opinion.
