Are you at risk of a $400 fine? Aussie driver's shocking story sparks outrage at new police crackdown

My worry would be a chance of reinjury. A sudden stop not only do something else to it the pain might take you focus off the road. Not only thinking of you but others. Wouldn’t risk it.

Parvovirus cases rise in Kimberley with vets treating up to 12 dogs a week

Vaccinations cost me $250 a year. My dog walks in the neighbourhood with lots of dogs. Can’t risk her getting sick. My cats also vaccinated a lot of stray cats around. On a pension I do many things to afford it, sit under a heated rug instead of turning on heating, cut back on luxuries like...

One neighbour’s complaint just cost this Aussie $80 a month—could it happen on your street too?

Unfortunately we don’t own the nature strips so we arnt entitled to park such a large thing on it. Hard enough when you have cars. Pulling out of your driveway gives us limited vision . A neighbour puts his cars on a space in the front garden and van is in the drive.

Café dog sparks heated debate over dining rules that every pet owner needs to know

Yes indeed veggie, I think it is the not so well behaved dogs and owners that are the problem. The pet aisle is a feast of wee smells for my girl. She never lifts a leg though.

Café dog sparks heated debate over dining rules that every pet owner needs to know

Agree with you totally. My service dog is so well behaved but has a sniff that tells me a wee has happened. But she never does anything wrong. Some people are just grubs and what you described was I hope not common.

Café dog sparks heated debate over dining rules that every pet owner needs to know

I have a service dog. What’s the difference it is a dog?So if my girl is ok any dog if under control and accepted by customers why not? Even if little pongo was comfy in a good size doggy crate that should be enough. What about cat cafes? They are on the table ( I have cats so doesn’t bother me)

Disability carer who killed her client in 'terrible accident' given suspended sentence

What confirmation of ability to perform these drives. Suspended sentence a disgrace. I actually see how the driver is remorseful but needs to pay s further price than guilty feelings

Aussies called out for ‘gross’ weekend habit—are you guilty of it?

I have the opposite experience. My daughter lives in Melbourne CBD lots of bins and not as many grubs. I live in a large suburban community, kept clean parks looked after, so it can happen.
