I swear by KOH for all of my cleaning. It's so much easier to use and because I have allergies I have to be careful. I can use KOH without a mask or gloves and it doesn't affect me at all.

This is why I'd never own a rental property. Too much hassle to make sure the renters do the right thing.

I never paid any water bills when I was living in a flat. You can't charge everyone the same amount. Some would shower longer than others, have more people live in the unit or stay over and why should you still have to pay when you go on holiday. Disgusting behaviour

This is definitely a valuable asset (yes asset) to have, especially where children are involved. You can't watch them 24/7 to see what they put in their mouths. I'm so sorry to hear of his sad loss but I believe he is doing this in his son's honour.

They were a gift to you, not your wife and she had no right to change anything. How would she have acted if you did that to a gift of hers? I would never do anything like that to my husband's gifts unless he asked me to.
