How bloody ridiculous is it that the law seems to protect the criminals & punish the well meaning good samaritan - seems to happen way too often, especially in this country! How sad the world has become!

Maybe its time for those without mortgages to all start drawing ALL of their money, etc out of these institutions that are closing doors, sending them a message that it's not acceptable to close branches that are relied heavily upon (especially in rural areas)!

Hhmm always getting suss mail- today's was actually from Commbank, but they were asking if I'm ready for tax time- opened the email but too chicken to click on any links etc so it got deleted regardless whether it was legit or not! Can't trust anyone or anything these sad times!

Makes me wonder if "powers that be" have an agenda here thus pushing us into cashless & digital everything (it's hard to even find a phone number for so many big businesses on their websites, etc, let alone a real person on a phone or in person to give us any assistance at all)!
