In SA you used to have to have part of the form completed by a Medical Professional. I know my Mum definitely had to. A younger person can just as easily have a heart attack, stroke or low blood pressure (I know of 2 accidents that were definitely caused by low blood pressure)

Sometimes it is worth paying to have your tax form done for you. You learn what you can / can't claim, what income you have to declare etc. You may be able to do it yourself the next year.
