A real estate agent just cracked—and what he revealed could change how you buy property forever

Prospective buyers have a 3 day cooling off period so they legally have the option to withdraw their offer. Some people sign subject to finance so they can still not buy it. The real estate might actually be genuine. That is speaking from experience when I was affected by that a few years ago

The one who rose through it all: Tears flow as a beloved star joins the Logies Hall of Fame

So sad to hear of Magda's tragic illness. She is wise to stay isolated even when she has good days. Cancer treatment "kills" your immune system. You literally cannot risk touching anything in public without using hand sanitizer immediately afterwards.

Is this safe around people with breathing problems?? No matter how careful you are some particles of sprays become airborn. Are your neighbours ruining your sleep? What one Sydney resident discovered at 2am might shock you

The Police probably had to yell initially to make the tradies hear, then forgot to lower their voices. I believe the earliest a tradie is allowed to make a noise is 7.00 am. A few years ago there was a new house being built 6 house blocks away from us and tradies started cutting timber and...

The postie signed her name… That’s when the trouble began.

I missed a parcel and was left a card. The parcel wasn't left at the closest PO. It was left at one further away as we were "outside the zone" for the closest one. I made several calls to the PO it was taken to, the calls weren't answered and went to a fax machine. I recognised the signal as we...

‘It could save people’s lives’: The road idea lighting up Australia (and it’s just the beginning)

I suspect maybe a special type of paint is used. I have noticed that even in Adelaide CBD on wet roads it can be difficult to see the lines on wet roads. I have seen Govt. cars sitting on a line or in two lanes at traffic lights when the road is wet, especially at night.
