Wind Farms have one positive though many people may not agree with me. Clearings for wind farms also act as fire breaks the same as bare strips around paddocks in rural areas
I don't remember them but I remember Mum talking about them. Grandma had a shop that my Mum basically managed pre and during WW11. She and my Aunties used to talk about them. Biscuits may have been rationed during that time too
NOT only that if any of that is on the road and is wet it means it is slippery to drive on and could easily cause an accident, especially if you have to use your brakes.. Even lane marking paint can be slippery when wet.

Even the "diamond" corner in Adelaide has a proper roundabout with traffic lights.
I would have liked to see a photo of an emergency service truck turn at that corner.
In the "old" days a lot of people saved coffee/vegemite or similar jars to keep nails, screws, bolts, washers etc in. My Dad had a long row of coffee jars. Some screws and other "bits and pieces" were made from different metals. He labelled the jars with "texta" markers.
I reckon rent will go up to cover any damage a pet may cause. I know of one place the almost new floor coverings were damaged by a large dog running around the rooms constantly.
My insurance is cheaper through the bank that directly from the insurance company.
I know a family that uses a credit union and theirs is cheaper that way too.
