Centrelink payments raise questions after long-term welfare revelation

No, the wife is not innocent in the sovereign citizen thing, and claiming Centrelink, but if there are child sexual assault claims, I wonder if she was maybe held against her, and the children's will. Did the children even go to school or be home schooled??? Hmm.....

Centrelink payments raise questions after long-term welfare revelation

What this proves is that this sovereign citizen thing is just a scam, and all its members are not anti government at all. Anything that they buy has 10% sales tax. They are paying the government. They drive cars, they have to pay registration, or the car is seized if pulled over. And yes...

The driver may have been pissed off with having to battle all the Direct to Boot pickers and trolleys inside the store. They may have showed their displeasure at the Direct to Boot people, by affecting their ability to deliver the groceries to customers because of no parking spots. It's...

What July 1 brings for Aussie seniors

It is obvious that not much is going to change for those that are really struggling. I say make use of any free services out there. 'I think this was all a game to her': Mum falls prey to little-known Facebook scam

I am in a Facebook group called Buy Nothing. What is great about this group is that each group is suburb specific, (EG. Buy Nothing Nundah) so to collect, give or ask for items, you only need to travel within your suburb. Each suburb has its own group, and they are run very well by Admins.

Coles' new 'Smart Gates' allegedly crush shopper: ‘Yes, it hurt’

The article stated.. "The gates are designed to close and sound an alarm if a discrepancy is detected between items scanned and those placed in bags". Surely this is a wrong concept, where if the first (or any item) was not scanned but placed directly into a bag, that it should be the scanner...

Gone by year’s end? Coles shopper shares self-service checkout warning, retail giant responds

I would be more annoyed at the hooks and shelves extending out over the shelf you place your groceries on ready to be scanned. In some cases it extends out almost half way, limiting the shelf area to about half.
