What to look for when choosing or replacing cooking utensils at home

OMG. I can only wonder how us poor uninformed home makers managed to get through each day before experts emerged. It's a miracle.

Bunnings just launched another Bluey drop—and shoppers are already lining up

Would you believe .... I have not watched even a snippet of Bluey, so, shoot me.

What Really Happened? The Truth Behind Federal Air Marshals Storming a Delta Cockpit and Arresting the Co-Pilot

Just had to make a show of it. It's not like he could sneak out of the nose of the plane. Bottom of the stairs would have done the job just as well. No such thing as dignified behaviour in the good old U.S.of A.

This bishop was not having it—Apparently, the choir hit a real wrong note

Buy the noise cancelling headphones with the money that was probably paid to hold the gathering. Never mind .... they went and got pi**ed after. All's well that ends well.

Young workers do strange things—but this takes the cake (and the ice cube)

I certainly did. Loved the slapstick, bullying and all the stupid stuff. Ahhhh..those were the days.

Young workers do strange things—but this takes the cake (and the ice cube)

Could have made a mini series with that story. At least you didn't stand on it so the handle hit you in the head. I believe the medical term is...domino effect.

Young workers do strange things—but this takes the cake (and the ice cube)

Took the words right out of my mouth Vegg. I remember, when I was a kid, I thought the blade that I was using to scrape paint off a window was blunt...so...of course I ran my finger down the blade to check. The rest is history.

He spent $500,000 trying to stop the sea—now he’s in hot water with the council

Whilst I agree he should have done the ground work, I am looking around here in Newcastle at the dramas so many folk are going through. Roads closed because the land slipped right near the beach. Sand disappearing from some of our beautiful beaches. People with homes precariously perched on top...

Think your home's storage is normal? Wait until you see the creepy detail hiding in this one!

With the price of houses as they are, I say YES. Gimmie Gimmie. Think of the possibilities. Another $300,000 would bring the price to pre-crazy real estate prices. The name Wine CELLar comes to mind.

Beloved fashion brand makes a surprise comeback—Here’s what shoppers need to know for its 25th anniversary

Even when I was young and supple, I could never have worn anything like that. Not being a sook ... just very shy. My friend bought a bikini that allowed the UV rays through so she could have an all over tan. Hmmm ... the things we did before knowing about melanomas. Glad to see an Oz company up...

Should my daughter pay for breaking something that’s already being replaced?

She is old enough to get off her bratty butt, get a job, earn enough to buy replacements for everything that has been damaged, or, will be damaged. Serious boundaries were crossed and this must be addressed. Most times, at her age, confiscation of the mobile until the damaged items are replaced...

The only drawback for me is once I get down there's no getting up without a crane. Otherwise, easy, peezy...but....only chair yoga.

He faced the unthinkable after one wave—but his NRL legacy isn’t over yet

I'm not super conversant on the NRL stuff, however, this was a really good story. What a strong, driven and focused individual. Would be a good bloke to sit down and have a few yarns with.

He used our sister’s ring to propose—now I want it back. Am I wrong?

LIKE, once I got past the, LIKE, word being used LIKE too many times for my LIKING, I LIKE did my best to view the story objectively. My feeling is that the ring was not there for anyone to claim after the poor girl passed away. It is something that should stay with next of kin as a keepsake...

After two decades in silence, the ‘Sleeping Prince’ has said his last goodbye

I can't imagine what those 20 years were like for the family. My hubby was in a coma for 10 days. I was there every moment I could and sat there waiting, praying, watching every movement or blink, hoping for a positive move forward whilst trusting in the medical care. The only time I was not by...

There’s something brown in one of our most famous rivers—and it’s definitely not mud

You can bet your bum there would be no politicians with poo pumping out near his/her front yard. Remember everyone, don't go swimming without a mask, goggles, nose plugs, ear plugs, bottom area plugs, and plugs for everything else that water can get into. In other words, don't go swimming.
