Yes, they are there for the supermarket scanners, plus the orchards I suspect. However, if Washi products can make paper stickers/rolls, then I can't see why they can't. Probably too expensive to change their machines.

Yet again, another example of a Government who made the decision to outsource to a private company, who manages units where he lives. He clearly hasn't kept the unit clean and tidy enough. As he admitted, it's hard when not well. It's a harrowing situation for him.
