gst was supposed to get rid of all the other taxes.........it didn't ...it changed the name "tax"and increased the fees /prices accordingly, "sales tax/stamp duty.."went from 2-3% to 10% gst... govt NEVER get rid of a tax, they just change the name of it. eg levee, surcharge ,penalty...

FINALLYit had to come from USA stupid Aussie companies will now break their necks to copy...OLD PEOPLE ARENT COMPUTER SMART we are old not stupid...companies are missing out by getting sucked in to technology , by all means its wise to do so but not ONLY so offer the ones with money to still...

what about war in the future ,shutting down the populations cash or electronic payment system will be better than bombs and bullets not to mention computers, just imagine if an enemy bombed out our electric systems (theres not many) and it wouldn't be that hard with todays technology
