Could you be overpaying? One shopper exposes the ‘infuriating’ cost of red capsicums at Woolworths

I'd love to find a Woolies with capsicums of any colour at less than $6 per kg!

Woolies shopper allegedly accused of theft due to frustrating self-checkout error

And Kmart now have these stupid payment hubs half way down the store, and a poor staff member scanning your receipt before you can leave the store! How bizarre is that?

Woolies shopper allegedly accused of theft due to frustrating self-checkout error

I rarely use the self-checkout and always have problems, needing help from the poor employee in the area who is usually rushed off their feet with customer issues. BUT at our local Coles there are usually only 1 or 2 manned checkouts available, with a) Long queues, and b) usually located at the...

Are you ready for a cashless society? How Coles' latest change will affect your shopping routine

We have a Sunday Market stall, and it is surprising how many stall holders selling large costly items, accept eftpos on their phones. We sell jams etc, starting at $2 and DO NOT have eftpos, but many customers don't bring cash with them!! My philosophy is 'Cash is King!" and there is no way I'll...

Woolworths announces major offerings for Everyday Rewards members

I am certainly not impressed by this initiative! It seems the idea is to raise other prices to pay for these discounts. I could not believe it when my hubby did some shopping at Woolies, based on my pre prepared list, and came home with a 2kg bag of sugar for $2.85, when last week it was $2.20...

Score BIG savings! Woolworths offers new 10% off deal for Everyday Rewards members!

We have always had 10% off each month x 2, by having a WW Credit Card, but alas no more, as Macquarie have taken over the card much to our dismay. What a way to treat loyal customers!!

Shocking $336 glitch on Woolworths receipt leaves shopper speechless—could this happen to you?

If I send my hubby to even get petrol, let alone shopping, when he gets back I ask how much and he never knows, and doesn't even get a receipt!!

    Banking

I have a market stall and am amazed how many people expect me to have efpos! It's a market, so why go there with no cash? To expect to pay using efpos for an item at a market costing $2 is quite ridiculous!! So PLEASE, all you market goers - take some cash with you!!

    Gooday from North Queensland

Gooday from North Queensland Hi I'm Mari and live outside town so with petrol prices as they are I don't get to the shops much. I like reading about the supermarket offers so I can take advantage when I'm shopping.
