    Without fail, I ALWAYS present in branch to respond to ANY request for verification of details, etc. You would be a fool not to do so. "Oh....but the nearest branch is 20 kms away!" What is cheaper? Driving a 40 km round trip or potentially losing thousands of dollars via a scam?
