    I drove a manual from the day I got my license at 18 yrs ,that was the age you could get your license in those days, and did for 67 yrs when my family suggested I get an automatic 2 yrs ago , am glad I did as it is so much easier in traffic. Both my grandies also got theirs in a manual.

    you can break your fingers or wrist trying to open ring pull cans, I solved the problem buying Sunbeam can opener, use a shifting spinner to open drink bottles, and the old type can opener with bottle opener to lift lids on bottles .

    Yes but also food interacts with medications , such as high potassium in foods , as does grapefruit etc , my cardiologist has warned me about this , maybe a look into medications and why this is causing problems. Might help. I only eat natural foods ,not rubbish bought on line .
