Here in Tasmania if you pay rates we get tip tickets because my daughter lives on our property we have 2 garbage bins 2 recycle bins and one green waste bin and we get12 tip tickets per year each ticket covers a trailer load there is extra cost for mattresses but we can use 2 or 3 tickets for that

That could happen at any stop the local Governments should be continually checking these stops otherwise they will all be shut down just because of a few grubby people and a lot of times it is local teenagers not travelers who wreck a stop

When I was teen we had a Chinese man who had a fish and chip shop we always gave him a tip of 10c now back in 1970 10c wasn't nothing at the start he didn't want to take it he really made the best fish and chips
