I'm surprised that HE'S surprised. I though that this was well known, different locations will change your quote. Highly likely the address he used was in another suburb that has a higher risk. You can also try numerous insurance companies and get different results for different suburbs, say...

He just did a quote, he never said he went through with the insurance using that address, geee.

As usual there would be more to this bloke's story, a $119.00 fine is not for a "No Stopping" zone, so what type of zone was it. Funny how millions of drivers can go forever and never get a parking fine, while others manage to rack them up and complain about them. Too many people think laws...

The law states to park fully within the parking bay, those vehicles are not fully within the parking bay.

Well the road rules state that if your vehicle does not fit within one bay you can use multiple ones.
