    My problem with fining these companies is that it doesn't bother them one bit, they put the price up next week to cover the fine. There needs to be a way to punish them without fining them. Halve there off shore sales or something for a year, that would hurt them.

    no it's not hard but I have food in my freezers and anyway, if the council wants us to store this stuff for week or more then they should think of that when they come up with these bright spark ideas. Give us bin deodorant and fly deterrent to put in the bins.

    I get annoyed at these bloody councils shoving all these bins down our throats and then charging more for it, I never wanted the stupid fogo bin in the first place I have a large composter which 90 percent or more of my food and green waste goes in so why do I need a food bin that I have pay for...
