Major Aussie bank cuts 1,500 jobs, pushes cashless future

I shop at my local IGA, and there is no extra charge for taking out cash. That has more to do with the owner of the Store than the bank. The bigger charge for me is when you "tap" a card instead of inserting it into the eftpos machine. Most of the time i use cash.

Major Aussie bank cuts 1,500 jobs, pushes cashless future

Yes, just imagine how the folks up in Northern NSW are coping with the flooding, power outages, no access to fuel, then to top it off no way to pay for anything if they haven't got cash on them. We are about to cop that weather here in Southern NSW too, so go get some cash out people.

Yep, voted back in on 3rd May. Australians appear to have been brainwashed by the black box on the wall.

Retiring But Not Relaxing: Australia’s Age Pension Maze

I will turn 67 on 4th March next year, and i already live in an over 55's village. One of my friends in the village has been through the pain of applying for her pension already, so she has very kindly offered to help me assemble all the necessary documents and will help me lodge my application...

Outage Anxiety: Centrelink Crash Leaves Older Aussies in Limbo

A little paranoia is not necessarily a bad thing. I also have a pantry full of non-perishable food for the "unexpected", and a little cash for when the power/internet go down.

Unexpected tactic raises concerns over personal information during election season

We must vote wisely this election. This is the most critical election of our lives. The duopoly that is the Lib/Nat-Lab/Green behemoth must be put last. We wont be able to change things all in one go, but we must make a start at getting rid of the corporate duopoly. Put your own preferences...

Experts reveal new coronavirus strain, sparking global pandemic fears

No there isn't. The majority will continue to believe the fear put out by mainstream, and they mostly don't bother to do their own research. I was alerted to this particular con at the beginning of 2020 when i read about event 201 held in October 2019. You could superimpose every single news...

Experts reveal new coronavirus strain, sparking global pandemic fears

.................and so it continues. Didn't fall for the last one, not falling for this one either. The plan has always been to inject the entire population with that mRNA crap, which is NOT a vaccine, its a gene therapy, intended to alter your genetic make up. Original intent was to kill off...

New developments reveal Melanoma vaccine cut death risks by half

All you have to do to stop cancer from developing is make sure your body is alkaline (cancer loves an acidic environment) and cleanse all parasites from your body. Ivermectin (you know, the horse paste), is a good one for that (why do you think they banned the use of it at the beginning of...

Proposed bill aims to fine businesses and individuals up to $25,000 for refusing cash payments

Yes I absolutely agree with this. The push for cashless is so they can bring in the CBDC (Central Bank Digital currency). Which, if achieved, would put us further into slavery, as it is designed to be like the Chinese Credit Score system, and will be linked to the Digital ID (and, or microchip...

Cancer survivor hits with outrageous $15,000 water bill: ‘We can't get any common sense’

All councils are corporations with an ABN. They are not legitimately able to issue fines, or rates for that matter. But most people don't know this. They work on, and rely on ignorance. Australia went to a referendum twice to ask if the people wanted councils to be recognized as a third...
