I did the same, the minimum spend was getting higher and higher, so started buying silly things I didn't want, just to get what I wanted. Algud now.

I don't have any issues shopping on Temu. Never had any problems getting a refund when the purchase has not been the quality or standard that I was expecting. Every time you purchase online, Ebay, Amazon, etc they all gather information about you.

I'm on a high protein low carb diet and have lost 23kgs in about 5- 6 months. Still got a little way to go weight wise. But I can't remember when I felt so fit and energetic.
