Hands down Aldi. We have a huge IGA in town, so very expensive. We have a coles about 1/2 hr away. Then a wonderful Audi's 45mins away. I wish the Audi's was closer. I've never walked away unhappy. As an aged pensioner. Great value for my money.

Yes as well as having Rheumatoid arthritis decease. I have diverticulitis meaning lots and lots of yummy foods are out of the diet now.😪😪😪

Being a Rheumatoid Decease sufferer for 7 yrs now . If it's going flare it will. I eat right, l exercise use meds and some of of the remedies mentioned. It just runs its course
