Australia Post has a legislative charter to provide a service to community. Their online communications and their very hard to reach "human" helpline, in my opinion not fulfilling this charter.

Just ban dogs. I'm a dog owner and love dogs. There are many others things I can't do and bring into the store. It's retail, not a dog park.

Wow. They have been doing that for over 45 years. The big impressive trick for them to accomplish, is actually delivering a proper service. So they can downsize the Customer Complaints department.
