Customer's hilarious and frustrating experience with Australia Post: ‘Doinks’

Australia Post has a legislative charter to provide a service to community. Their online communications and their very hard to reach "human" helpline, in my opinion not fulfilling this charter.

Australia Post worker’s shocking act leaves onlookers stunned

Australia Post has a track record of not looking after staff. There are many mental health issues, from the way they treat their employees.. Don't be quick to judge, hopefully a thorough and honest investigation is conducted. (Side note, most industry has staff shortages at the moment and many...

Bunnings stands by in-store pet policy amid ‘dog-free’ hour outcry

Just ban dogs. I'm a dog owner and love dogs. There are many others things I can't do and bring into the store. It's retail, not a dog park.

Feeling the Christmas pinch? Shoppers call to boycott Woolworths and Coles

Yes, agreed. Unfortunately, this has been all mentioned before with petrol prices. But alas, the majority still do their daily habits and rituals, driving up prices. As retailers, know exactly what to expect. A day/days of action would certainly wake them up. Rolling boycotts, would get their...

Wow. They have been doing that for over 45 years. The big impressive trick for them to accomplish, is actually delivering a proper service. So they can downsize the Customer Complaints department.
