Unbelievable $22 bargain item from Kmart astonishes shoppers

I have become addicted to Temu LOL...In fact waiting on one of two parcels to arrive any day now. I find them a very good company to deal with and they keep you informed all along the way where you parcel is located and once it is delivered you get an email with a photo of where they placed it...

Unbelievable $22 bargain item from Kmart astonishes shoppers

I have a satin look pair of pyjamas ....never wear them as I find too hot and in winter not warm enough. But others may be quite happy.

Woolworths shopper ‘disappointed’ after measuring pork buy!

$4.50 for a packet of shortbread biscuits from Woolworths bakery I think is a bit rich. Works out at 48 cents for a biscuit. Wow....I am going back to making my own.

From Fame to Struggles and Back: The Journey of Rowena Wallace, once Australia’s Highest Paid TV Star

This woman annoys the hell out of me. Sick of hearing her whining about how poor she is. She lived life to the fullest when she was getting good money and did not put any away for the rainy day which eventually came. I do not want to see her back on tv at all and will not be watching.

Perhaps some people should NOT be on social media at all.

Beware of this latest PayPal invoice scam!

Thank you for the "heads up". Yes, is best to treat each and every email, text message, phone call (unsolicited) as a scam. This is the best way and the moment anyone wants passwords, fiancial information etc...disconnect. You can always ring your bank or other financial institution directly...

Injured tourist infuriated by critical ‘life or death’ detail in Australia Post travel insurance

How many bother to read the fine print. I bet most. People need to definitely know that if you engage in high risk activities you may not be covered. Not wearing a helmet in Bali and coming off a bike....probably not covered. Falling down a flight of stairs on a cruise ship and breaking...

Severe rental crisis leaves many living on friends’ couches: ‘I’m basically homeless’

I agree. Have read recently that many landlords are now selling their investment properties as it is all becoming too hard. I can see both sides of the story. Personally I have never and would never own any property other than my own home . I read about people owning 15 plus properties. I...

Severe rental crisis leaves many living on friends’ couches: ‘I’m basically homeless’

If ever there is a reason to try and own your own home it is this situation. Relying on rental properties is something I would hate. You are at the mercy of landlords and you never know when you are going to get your move on notice. Years back you could rely on social housing for certain...

Customer's bold prediction about Coles cashless self-service register enrages Sydney shoppers – here's why

Have always been only two(cash) out of 8 self serve registers at my local Coles as well. If not in a hurry I just go to the manned checkout and wait in line. It is annoying though when someone who could use a card one chooses to use one of the only two cash ones when they could have used a...

Life-saving heart disorder pill gets massive price cut

$73.48 a month I pay for my three medications. I get a few dollars back under the new scheme. We are self funded so pay full for everything. My husband after waiting 6 years from when he applied for a card from DVA has only got it a month or so ago. What a joke! He now gets his very...

Woolworths roast chickens are now priced…WHAT?

Wrongly priced items are not rare. This is why I always like a receipt and I can check it instantly outside the shop. A number of times I have found errors and gone straight back in. So many do not even take or check their receipts. Maybe that is one reason they want you to have digital ones ;)

Discover why Coles shoppers are ditching champagne and steak for these alternatives ahead of the holiday season

I am a very savvy shopper too and I am amazed at some of the higher prices. I refuse to purchase until I have checked out prices with Aldi now. Two weeks ago I wanted jar of Kantong sweet and sour sauce. $4 a bottle at Coles but got one for $2.99 at Aldi. This week I noticed Coles had...
