'It's cruel': Council's recent actions towards homeless individuals shocks locals

Pretty sad how our own people are treated, whilst there seemsto be no shortage of homes for the 500,000 immigrants govt bring in every year! These fines are outrageous - there should be more focus on punishing real criminals, not homeless who are in that situation thru no fault of their own

The musical you can't miss: Heading to Australia with rock star twist

Would be near impossible to get tix anyway as per so many other events/concerts I'd love to see & just way too expensive, but living 4hrs from Melb has it's drawbacks, missing events like this is just one!

‘We've seen significant inflation on everything’: What this means for your insurance bill

So if most businesses like this that we consumers need can just increase what they charge by a huge margin like this & get away with it, it seems so unfair that we consumers cant demand higher wages, C-link payments, etc just because it's inflation causing us to go broke!

This fast-rising transportation trend could turn deadly without crucial information. See why

Well there's no surprises here! I see young kids riding these "vehicles" in amongst traffic as if they were a motorcycle! No license required, no minimum age required, etc? Of course there's gonna be accidents! Furthermore, why would i need to pay car/motorcycle rego, license, insurance...

When my (now adult) kids were younger ('80s) they'd save/hunt down the empty bottles & cans & when we'd make a trip over the border to SA (which was an hour away) they'd cash them in & it made them some pretty good pocket money (until SA stopped allowing Vic number plates at the recycle centre...

‘We’ve paid nearly $1,500 more’: Mum’s rates bill nightmare sparks urgent warning

Thanks, I always thought rates were based on Capital Improved Value, meaning very individual, not just the street being all on the same rates! Doesn't hurt to push the boundaries - yet another case of a customer being OVER charged- never under charged these days is it! Good luck everyone!

This superannuation blunder can cost you thousands of dollars! What happened?

Funny how rogues never seem to make errors that favour the customer! Customers shouldn't have to chase this sh1t up, funds should automatically be refunding it, seeing it was THEIR error, not the customer's error!

Boost your weekly income with this flexible job program: 'I would not have done it without this'

I agree, there's a few costs involved to earn that money that they don't seem to be including of course! Most of these driving jobs where YOU supply the vehicle & pay the costs associated (or are on a cut throat contract) only make the business owner wealthy, not the poor bugga doing all the...
