Thanks, I always thought rates were based on Capital Improved Value, meaning very individual, not just the street being all on the same rates! Doesn't hurt to push the boundaries - yet another case of a customer being OVER charged- never under charged these days is it! Good luck everyone!

Funny how rogues never seem to make errors that favour the customer! Customers shouldn't have to chase this sh1t up, funds should automatically be refunding it, seeing it was THEIR error, not the customer's error!
