    I have Hypo-Tension. I also had attacks of Menieres on and off since I was 12. In 2003 my GP did a blood pressure and said it was too low. I bumped up my salt intake. Since then I have only had the odd attack of Menieres that lasted one night and all blood pressure tests have come back as good.
