    Off street parking?? If there was an emergency situation of any type how many lives would be put at risk. Solar systems on adjoining properties may not work if they get insufficient sun.

    I would think Woolworths would have public liability insurance to cover such incidents. I think home insurance has compulsory public liability charged so surely businesses would be forced to pay it too.

    Friends of ours had mail re-direction they had paid for. Australia Post still delivered the parcel (from overseas) and put it on top of their garbage bin in clear vision from the street.
