It's not about the dirt or the germs or the filthy sheets, it's about having respect for others who are shopping in the supermarket. It's just common courtesy to wear shoes in public places. Being at a beach is entirely different, I have to say, that is just common sense.

I agree entirely, this welcome to country has gotten out of hand and is said before EVERY single meeting or event. It is now meaningless and repeatative and quite frankly boring. It isn't bringing anyone together as one as it is only meaningful to Aboriginals

What an absolutely idiot, I am so amazed at how most people just think this is funny or just shoulder shrugging news. He could seriously cause an accident and kill some one, what would happen if he has to brake suddenly. Somethings are funny, but to me, this isn't one of them.

I really admire Judy Dench, she is a brilliant actress and a beautiful person. She has a great inner strength and tackles problems head on. I wish her all the best with her current eyesight condition, as she says, you just get on!
