I own this series of books which have been re-read a number of times of the years starting in High School. Also immensely enjoyed the show even though it rarely stuck to the books. Can't imagine a remake, it would be like trying to redo M*A*S*H. Will never work. I for one won't be tuning in.

My son did that a few times when his twin nieces were having a birthday party in the local park. At that point there was only one shelter near a BBQ. There has been 2 more shelters built since then.
