Which of your ‘flaws’ are you most proud of?

Only someone not happy with their life would try and make someone else feel bad about themselves. I'm sure if it was the other way around they would not have made that comment. As long as you feel good about yourself, it doesnt matter how the people you may never see again feel. Good on you...

It is true that these big stores are all about profit, but it is not a known fact that these companies pay 'Armourguard' to supply and collect monies to them. This is a charged service that costs the companies quite a lot each year. The change machines alone cost in the millions to supply. I...

From passenger jet to cargo star: Qantas auctions off aircraft parts to enthusiasts

Alan's pension fund top up perhaps. Not sure I would have room for any of that, or for that matter, any desire to own it.

Woolies shopper discovers astonishing price difference for a household staple: Are we paying too much?

In a lot of cases it is a learned behaviour in favour of the brands we have been told are better. The generic brands are just as good, but our brains dont always accept that. The type of tablet may be the biggest difference. I'm also a person who is not ruled by use by dates. ;) :sneaky: :)

You won't believe these eight bizarre habits Aussies have when shopping at supermarkets

I do 'feel' some fruit and veg for softness, but dont usually eat the grapes. They are all from the same delivery, usually, and therefore whichever bag of grapes you choose will be similar. I think you can often tell by looking at the produce. And my biggest source of annoyance about people...

It was 35 years ago. We know and are told a lot more these days. It doesnt need to be discussed now. It is irrelevant today.

Do you think diet soft drinks are the 'healthier' choice? Think again!

It's hard to wean yourself off sugar, but worth it in the end. Using artificial sweeteners is just kidding yourself. They are a chemical, usually, and should be avoided. Worse that sugar itself, in my opinion.

The truth behind 'Ocean Plastic': Are brands really saving our seas?

As usual, dammed if you do and dammed if you dont. There is no pleasing everyone. At least trying to stop more going into the ocean should be acknowledged. And where does the plastic sourced from overseas originate. Is this perhaps from ocean clean up efforts.
