    I am now 48kg over weight (BMI 47) due to damage to my spine. I could not walk for 18 months. After surgery 2 weeks ago I am now up and about using a walker. Being on Metformin is helping me, lost 4kg in the last 3 weeks. I am looking forward to being size 12/14 by the end of the year.

    I am on Metformin which is a table for Type 2 Diabetes. I am pre-Diabetic, which is characterized by blood sugar levels higher than normal but not high enough to be diagnosed as diabetes. my weight is slowly coming down. I would rather a tablet than an injection.
