    Good Morning Athena I am up most mornings @ 06.30 . The only 2 mornings I allow myself to sleep till 07.30 is on Tuesdays & Thursdays as I attend a community Centre to do some Gym work which is relaxing .. I enjoy going there as they always make one feel special.
