    I hear what you say Clancieblue, but I also hear the manipulative whining and carrying on that mothers have to go through in the supermarket! It starts and ends with gentle discipline and a sense of self worth. Self discipline on the parents side teaches it to the little ones!

    I’m with you Lizzylou, it’s cheap to make a good quality soup with lots of veg and soup bones- very healthy and feeds us for 3 days It’s time consuming but worth it. As I’ve said before I’d rather spend on good food than medications to fix up the deficiency from poor eating.

    I had the most number of silenced calls who left no voicemail yesterday after the Optus outage - I’m with Amaysim which uses the Optus platform. I silence calls from all numbers not in my contact list and I would have had at least 20 silenced call yesterday
